To imply your agenda is either 'Christian', 'Sporting', or remotely 'Educational', is in fact Devastatingly Damaging to those who fall victim to your hopelessly inept method of shameless self-promotion within a system where the only real by-product is the utter disregard for the health and well being of those you train, whilst stripping them of their inalienable right of Individuality, (discouraging it), due to your antiquated concepts of mismanagement as well as grandiose schema of ego-esteem, which is imparted to those you so carelessly mismanage. In this administrative capacity you have not only proven to be unqualified, you have proven to be a dictitorial opportunist, who's interest lie elsewhere in your career's advancement, therefore only to cause what could be permanent injury, as you have not the foresight to consult with medical professionals regarding your irresponsible regimen. To impose, promote, and instill your antiquated philosophy of group-think collectivism, anti-intellectualism, anti-self expressionism, and anti-individualism is not only unconscionable, it is an inexcusable act of reckless abandon. As is your policy regarding the individual health of those you mismanage. To call upon those injured by your obvious lack of training ability, to expect them to perform, (as the ego-esteem, thoughtlessly installed in them will be forced to rise to the occasion, as a result of your anti-critical thought processes), for wanton injury is contributing to the probable life long physical impairment, however this is supported and reinforced in your program... You will cease these archaic practices, apologize to those you have mismanaged, and see to the health and well being of them with the modernity of medical professionals, as these are Individuals, not marketing representatives of some grandiose ideology which advance a career... To attempt to presume any authoritarian control over these individuals activities, monitoring their private lives is an unpardonable offense. To attempt to re-create these individuals in some biblical mythology is an act of vanity and narcissism, violating the separation of church and state, as your stance on this issue is psychologically damaging. To call this competition is not only misleading and dangerous, as there is nothing of validity or tangibility, save your career advancement, in effect manipulating them with an importance of competition and ego-esteem, for which the sacrifice of their personal priorities is demanded... There is no validity or tangibility here, there is only self aggrandizement on an utterly deplorable schedule... Apparently the utter annihilation of the fragile human spirit and form is the true vocation sought here... To exploit the psychologically damaged within your ranks, instead of providing them with appropriate mental health professionals, and encouraging them on to further mental impairment, is the scenario you unforgivably provide...
